Would you like a homepage? Cause I can do that.
Would you want it to be a fixed width? For example, this skin you have now is a fixed with forum, with a border around it. (With images)
Would you like it to be round like this site? Or a different way?

Awesome. Look, first I will create a skin that is made out of my head, and if you don't like it, I will create one like this.
Reason why is because the coding behind this is outdated. And newer skins I make will be more difficult to create a skin that's alike with an older styled skin.
I will try my best tho.
